Fitness Firm Gym
Randy Nicholson has been an avid workout enthusiast for most of his life. For many years, his desire was to own a full size fitness studio that would be open not only for his existing clients, but for other personal trainers and their customers as well. His gym, located close to downtown Sandy Springs received a major upgrade when it was relocated to an empty downstairs suite more than triple the original size, Randy’s dream came true.
The Landmark Group was selected to manage the entire commercial construction project from the floor up. Upgrades in the plumbing, HVAC system and interior and exterior walls were designed by a local architect firm and built by The Landmark Group’s crew and contractors. The new space is large and includes completely renovated bath/shower rooms, custom installed synthetic flooring and modern black painted ceiling and ventilation system.
