The Biasini residence first contacted The Landmark Group through a common friend. Since that initial meeting, The Landmark Group has provided a variety of repairs and renovations for this property located close to Roswell, GA.
The first project included several landscape upgrades to the irrigation system and included the planting of several Sanchez Crype Myrtles trees. With the positive outcome of these smaller projects, Ms Biasini undertook the project of replacing her roof with high-end 30 year Architectural Shingles as well as her gutters.
Finally, when it came time for the kitchen renovation, Ms Biasini choose once again to use The Landmark Group to update the cabinets from the stained dark wood finish to a light cream color featuring a custom built island and quartz countertop.
