When the owner purchased this home, it was in need of a complete over-hall.  After months of renovation, The Landmark Group’s management team and crew partnered with the investor and the house went from a disaster decorated in the 80’s to a sharp and sleek estate that sold within a week.

 

This completely renovated estate is located in North Cobb County.  One of the new features of the house was creating a entrance into the sun room to reposition the entrance and make it viewable from the driveway.
