Basement Renovation

The Fallis Family purchased their home about 6 years ago.  Located in a prominent East Cobb / Marietta neighborhood, the house had many great features, but a lot of renovation was needed.  Mrs Fallis, an avid do it yourself home painter started renovating room by room to give the house her personal touch.  When it came to the basement, however, both Steve and Sara knew that they were going to need professional expertise.  The basement was divided into many different sized rooms and was mostly unusable.

The Landmark Group was hired in the summer of 2017 to turn the maze of rooms into an open floor plan recreational space that the family and their guests could enjoy.  Taking out several support walls meant installing I-beam support.  The plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems downstairs all had to be modified.  The end result was a finished space that the entire family could enjoy.
