For several years the Kurande’s have trusted The Landmark Group to perform a variety of renovations including a major Kitchen renovation, and custom installed Trex Deck. Repairs also include roof repair, exterior door install and most recently, new gutters and exterior repairs to their Alpharetta home.
Key Features
Kitchen Renovation:
- Demo Existing Trim, Island, backslash and pedant lighting
- Install new subway tile backsplash and quartz countertop
- Install new island cabinetry, farm sink, and pantry drawers
- Retrofit existing cabinets to accommodate 15 new drawers
- Install new dishwasher, garbage disposal, under cabinet wine cooler and LED Can lighting
- Clean existing cabinets and shelves, apply 2 coats of lacquer.
Deck Renovation
- Remove existing deck board
- Replace with Trex Transcend Composite Deck floor boards and trim perimeter of deck
- Clean and paint railing and posts
Gutter Installation and other Repairs
- Install new 6″ Gutters, and downspouts
- Replace bad trim, soffit & fascia around house
- Replace back door with PVC brick mold door
- Repair active leaks in roof
